I'm giving this item a 5 but I'm having serious problems with the installation. I've had a PDVC-25 with a detonator since about 2007 and it has worked reasonably well so far. The supplier of this product who was extremely helpful as well as English technical support. I pulled out the original with difficulty, and even after grinding, the new ignition sleeve does not fit on my stove. The original primer will not come loose or I could reuse it. still working on it The price and fast delivery are worth the money. Another issue I still don't know how to fix and has an open case with Englander. I will update when and if this is fixed. There is another review that had the same issue but it seemed the original collar could be used. Is the place where the igniter goes deformed by the heat of the oven? The standard 3/8 collar doesn't come close to being true to size. Update For some reason the outside of the collar is 3/8 wider than the original. I don't know why I'm using the original if I lose the set screw. The problem with mine is that the original isn't straight. As a result, I can't yet remove and reuse the original collar. The update helped remove the metal above the collar, after which it came loose easily. The new igniter heats up much faster and is worth the money.
