Scents are very personal, so it's difficult to find the right one and to recommend items for other people. This is just what I think: I bought the set primarily for the rosemary scent. That one is good, not terribly strong when used in a diffuser. Tried the peppermint and found it very artificial smelling, not for me at all. And then the surprise - LEMONGRASS! Loved, loved, loved. I really REALLY WISH THEY SOLD THE LEMONGRASS AS A SINGLE ESSENTIAL OIL. I have bought and tried numerous lemon and lemongrass oils from other brands/sellers and none is that good.Disclosure: I only use essential oils in a diffuser, I cannot say anything about their value for soap or candle making.
