Whoever designed the filter A+++, F- for the design of the jug
The filter is great. The jug design is probably the worst jug design I have ever used in the last 40 years. Everyone from the person who designed it to the people who signed it should be removed from the design of the product unless they made that parody based on a written protest. It's not bad, it's not terrible, it's a monumental career ruining one pitcher's failure. It makes a bad Norman door look awesome. However, the design of the filter itself is stunning and premium.
