All the colors in my box were well moistened, nothing dried out and you have to be careful that the caps are put on correctly and firmly. When I wrote the first review I only tried them on a white t-shirt but they work great with dark colors too! I'm super impressed! I used markers to highlight the smudged design and they did a great job. A few layers are enough to make the color really bright. I take my words back and maybe that only applies to plain white materials but I love them and will definitely buy them again! Old tip: The consistency varies greatly from marker to marker.
