Emooqi Tie Dye Kits: Vibrant 6-Color One Step Set for Textile Craft Arts & DIY Projects Review

This worked OK (I used it to dye cotton rope), but the directions in terms of how to mix the dye were unclear. Two grams of the dye powder, ok great, but nowhere did it say that the little scoop in the package was 2 grams (how would I know? It could be one gram!).and I think the line on the bottle indicates a fill line, but again this is not clear in the directions, instead I got a syringe to measure ml's. But generally a good value for the price, and worked fairly well.

I loved how the instructions gave you different ideas on how to do different styles of tye dye. I haven't actually tried the product yet but it was everything I could've asked for in a kit. They covered everything from gloves to table or surface cover to big plastic bags to let it sit in after you're done dying it. It was a great value for what I got. I definitely recommend it. They even sent a little thank you card for supporting small businesses which I liked a lot.

This kit has everything you need for a tie-dye project, as indicated! I also appreciate the directions for different tie-dye styles. The bottles are somewhat small so I had to make several batches. Additionally I do not think it could make as many projects as indicated on the package. I let the colors sit for 24 hours and they seemed light/more faded than I expected or have had with other tie-dye projects. But a good price for a decent product none-the-less!

Arrived on time, everything it states was inside the box. The directions show you how to make dofferent designs but not how much powder to water. Howver I did half the packet and filled bottle to top with water. Was plenty of pigment! We have enough to do another round of many articles! Definitely a great buy for price. The colors came out amazing. The designs did notnturn out but that is user error as we are two 6 yr olds a 8yr old and adults who habe never done this besides as kids!😃 we also

Don't buy this. It says it does 40 projects, we had 12 t shirts for my kids and we ran out of dye. We didn't even soak the shirts. I left the dye in a long time but most of it washed out in the first wash. Also, it says the dye is in the bottles but it's not. You have to cut open the packets and carefully pour them into the small hole at the top. I've dyed multiple times with other brands, successfully. This one is just bad.

My kids and I had a lot of fun tye dyeing shirts. After dyeing 4 shirts, there is still about half a bottle of dye for each color except blue is almost gone, so still some left for more projects. It was easy to use and the shirts are pretty. They are of course less vibrant after rinsing excess dye, but that isn't surprising. I would recommend this.

This kit was simple to set up and easy to use. The colors also turned out well and stayed after being washed a couple times so far. Highly recommend for those who want to give tie-dye a try!

Good value for the cost, it worked well, I wish there had been more detailed instructions but it wasn't too hard to figure out.

I bought this kit so my 9 year old can do his own tie dye since he missed out on the activity at a summer camp. It was super easy to set up. Kit comes with everything you need including labelled bottles. Directions also include on how to get different patterns. We had lots of fun. Great deal for such a low price

Purchased this for a summer vacation project. Everyone had fun (ages ranging from 7 - 55!) Kit came with all supplies needed to dye your shirts, shoes, hats, whatever you choose. Instruction booklet included step by step photo instructions for different designs. Glad I landed on this kit when making my purchase.

This product is not user friendly. The dye packages don’t have the amount of product they hold and there is no line indicator on the bottle of how much water to put into it. So we just put the whole package of dye and filled the water bottle up. The colors were super diluted because more than likely it was the wrong dye to water ratio. This has the potential to be a great product, but it fell short.

This kit is great. Beautiful colors and cones with tons if rubber bands, individually wrapped gloves, bottles, and clear instructions on how to make a variety of tie dye products. Def. Recommended.

I had lots colors it was really easy to use and fun the instructions were clear and easy to understand really love doin project I was able to make a little over 6 shirts with different designs

Really liked the tie dye kit. Has all the supplies you need with all the protective colorings. In addition the 6 dyes mix with water in mere seconds. Big fan of it and love my tie dye shirt. :)

After letting set overnight, the dye stayed. The last kit we got the dye came right out. So we were worried about this kit. But color looks good and has not faded yet.

This kit has everything you need for a tie dye project! i bought this to tie dye a thrifted shirt that had a stain on it. I was a little confused when I opened the box because the bottles were empty, but they give you powder, you just have to mix it yourself. Also includes gloves, a manual, etc. I thought this was a great value for the price. You get 6 colors for $12. Would definitely buy this again.

The kit was very easy to use! Came with smocks, gloves, bottles and the tye die colors. The colors were vibrant and took to the shirt right away. We let them sit in the sun for about 3 hours and then washed them in cold water. The colors barely faded and they turned out amazing!
