I hate meat thermometers because they never seem to be accurate. This one is different. It seems to work very well and has stable readings.

Pros

WATER RESISTANCE AND BACKLIGHT: The IP66 waterproof food thermometer is easy to clean in the water. The backlight makes it easy to check the temperature in the dark. Important NOTES: Never place this thermometer in a high temperature environment such as a closed oven, pan, grill, etc. Never immerse the body of the thermometer in water.
