Not all hats are the same.
The light in the koala bear's hat does not stand still. I also bought a unicorn hat and there is a strong pad behind the light source to keep it in place. I thought it was just a koala hat but I took a chance and got a second one and it's the same. I'll try to fix it with super glue.
