I needed a band that was not rubber silcone etc as I have developed a reaction to the previous band.I also live on a farm so leather is not the best option.I considered the other bands with the magnetic clasp but when I saw the photo of the women getting burned because the magnet was so strong it pull the hot pan I decided this was the best first option.So Far it’s great! It was very easy to remove the one link I needed too and it’s seems sturdy and durable. Took less than 5 minutes to remove the link. I have never had a reaction to stainless steel watches so I hope this solves the allergic reaction problem. It is heavier than the silicone band obviously so it will take a bit to get used to.and we come from a bit of a hairy family so it does tug at my arm hair but not enough to cause me too much irritation and nothing is perfect! I do think this can take a beating and it would not be an issue with water, mud, etc. unlike the leather ones.
