Where is the quality control?

I ordered this flashlight and the first one had an LED loop that was not attached to the frame. I've tried attaching the screw to the frame but you can't rotate the loop due to the LED wiring attached. So I sent the light back and ordered a new one as one of the LED loops was not attached to the frame. A new one just arrived and I took it out of the box and it looks like a dead octopus! This time it has four loops that are not attached (see photo). This one is back! Good bad quality control concept. I would not waste your time or mine buying this lamp. There are better lights for the same money.
