I was looking for a webcam for my wife to start online yoga classes so I had to find a webcam with a wide angle lens and a microphone to record her wherever she is wasn't in the room. This one does both. It captures your entire workspace and works well with our recording software. No hiss, no feedback and so far it feels solid, but it might take more than a few months to really appreciate its durability. My only downside is that the focus is manual. Not too many problems as the focus range is really good.
