Somewhat works best in my review

I work at a tire shop. These don't measure up to better chalks. They wipe off very easily, sometimes just rolling the tire rubs it off, they only mark on dull or roughed surfaces, and are more rubbery than painty.

Pros

Ok, but only if you're not in heat.

Cons

Not Good for Tires, Not Legible.
