I literally pushed my limits this winter when I was looking for a new coat for my 70 pound boxer. The one I had for him was also very easy to put on and take off. But after about 10 wears and more than double the price, the velcro was so weak that the velcro around his neck came loose every time he shook it. THIS vest has GREAT velcro strength! It also has a 4-5" zipper at the back, in the shoulder area to allow for extra clearance/air/breathing. *Please note this is a vest that is worn on the dog's head and then velcroed on attaches to the chest. This got me a bit confused when I was buying it. Luckily my dog just wants a coat no matter what and he doesn't care. Rzhunimagu! I also like that it's reversible! * And the last thing you need , to be sure.As you approach the next size, get the next size up!If you are close to the maximum measurement of the largest size.(At my moment, the order was large.) You may want to pass.?According to the advertised table i should have plenty of room to wrap the velcro and get started! i need to make sure i get it close to the ends each time and make sure its not too tight each time before we go outside it can with some pots can be a nuisance in the early mornings but I REALLY like the durability, ease of use and price of this coat! (Especially after 4 more mistakes. Good luck!
