Plug and play not as described.

I have some pictures and I describe that they make it like "plug and play" but in reality it is not so. You just provide the connection hardware and let you plug it in. It should still work, but if you're looking for something straight forward plug and play, this isn't your option. Be prepared to make your own connections.
