The fit isn't exactly perfect, but it could be the installer's fault.
I haven't installed anything like this in a while, but the Model Y's handlebars are so ridiculously slippery that I had to try it. The fit isn't perfect, but that might be because I was in a bit of a rush. There are a lot of threads and it looks much better with them than without. And it's wonderful! Not thrilled with the look of the fake CF but I couldn't find anything without it. Take your time and I think it will fit a lot better than mine.
