Our original watch worked great, but the strap broke after about 3 months. I was able to contact the watch manufacturer's support team and they quickly sent out a free replacement. The second watch failed to keep time within a week of receipt so the other watch was sent free of charge. clock and it also stopped keeping time. Thinking it was a battery issue we ordered and replaced the battery ourselves, but after a minute or two it became clear that the watch just wasn't working. It's just bad design. I will switch to another brand.
