Is it environmentally friendly if it wears out so quickly?

This brush does the job perfectly. I mean what is a brush? Washes things lying on a flat surface. None of the bristles are angled outwards to get into odd shaped plates or pans. It won't dig into the curves of your favorite baking jars, and I've found the bristles definitely don't hold up over time. The wooden handle is a decent size, but if you try rubbing it with soap and water, it's not very comfortable to hold. They will also get covered in foam when rubbed, so be careful. The scraper side, which I found handy, works well with a lot of stuck foods as long as you clean them right after and they don't get baked/burnt. I was much better off using my dough tool or my cast iron post scraper. I had high hopes for this brush and scraper. easy, you know. (: Definitely with soap, water, exposure time, and even the best chemical tricks: this brush is really average. The premium for being made from renewable sources just doesn't justify buying it when it's a scrubber it's quick and in need of replacement.Bent bristles and noticeable wear showed up after a week of basic use.I confess I still have a plastic brush that's about 20 years old and looks in better condition now.For me is that's a bit more eco-friendly than buying Do yourself a favour: if you really need dishwashing liquid look for the Full Circle brand They have a dishwashing sponge with a replaceable head This brush works really well for regular glassware It's a bit too short for such things as regular necked glasses so be careful if you have big hands like my other half h evening It's great for wine glasses. e on her tiny Bamboo Dish Brush, which also has a small ceramic bowl. You don't need a tray, but I only have one to rest my brush (minus the pesky quill). THIS brush is actually the one we use to clean most things. It's the same stubble and it works a little better because you can put more pressure on it directly. Then check out the cast iron scraper. Lodge cuts a fine figure that suits corners! They fit nicely in your Anchor Hocking or Pyrex/Corning slanted corners. I also have a Knapp mail brush.
