Fettuccine made with attachments. The roller worked great and the fettuccine cutter was excellent. I assume the spaghetti maker will work just as well. All three attachments feel well made and should last a long time. Although these are optional attachments, they connect and fit perfectly with our KitchenAid Professional, working with precision without hesitation or binding. I gave lower marks for ease of cleaning because it isn't. They haven't gotten dirty since we dusted them with batter, but if you need to clean them you can't submerge them or spray them with water. You need to wait for the dough to dry and harden, picking it up with a toothpick if necessary. It doesn't seem easy to me. And the numbers on the video are hard to read. Otherwise quality parts.
