Big Little Pasta Maker

The first attempt to cook fettuccine and ravioli was a success. The YouTube video with Helen Rennie was helpful. Easier than I thought. I will buy and definitely recommend. Easy to use, clean and good value for money.

Perfect fit, great value for money

This pasta maker is a great choice for those who want to control what is actually being eaten. This easy to use, functional pasta maker is a great alternative to an OEM food processor as it can work with a wide variety of pasta types. Cleaning is also much easier than competing products.

cooking my favorite pasta

I learned how to cook pasta with attachments. In the beginning I failed twice because the flour was too soft. I mix the flour by hand, not with a kitchen aid, and make sure the flour is firm and dry. My kids love the 1mm diameter pasta and they say it's very similar to family bought ones. You should check out Youtube and find out how to do it and it's so much easier to make your favorite pasta.

Easy to use, works as advertised

Fettuccine made with attachments. The roller worked great and the fettuccine cutter was excellent. I assume the spaghetti maker will work just as well. All three attachments feel well made and should last a long time. Although these are optional attachments, they connect and fit perfectly with our KitchenAid Professional, working with precision without hesitation or binding. I gave lower marks for ease of cleaning because it isn't. They haven't gotten dirty since we dusted them with batter, but

Great easy to use product

Bought this product to attach to a pasta mixer in the kitchen at home. Decided between this and original KitchenAid nozzles. I finally chose this nozzle from Cofun because of the price. Happy to say it was a worthwhile purchase. The weight is as heavy (same) as the OEM attachment and works great. I've used this several times to make great pasta noodles. Works perfectly in kitchen and dining room

I've been making pasta from scratch for over 50 years - I've used the Imperia 150 for 35 years and love it. It's quick and easy, and to be honest it's the thinner paste that most people prefer, especially when it comes to angled hair paste. COFUN rollers do not produce such thin layers of paste.
