Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice and through research I switched to using kinesiology tape and was pleasantly surprised with the StrengthTape Kinesiology 2 Inch 16 4 Foot 2 Pack .the tape not only offered optimal support during high-intensity training, but also remained comfortable throughout. The adhesive also lasted longer than competitors, providing long-lasting support. However, the two pack may not be enough for those who require frequent use. Overall, I highly recommend this tape for those involved in team sports..
