UPDATE: I ordered another box of masks and they arrived earlier. However, there was an issue with the actual serial numbers. Without going into details, the owner called me within 30 minutes after emailing him. He couldn't have been nicer and assured me he only deals with 3M. He solved the problem and the masks were definitely good. I will continue to buy masks from him. He has exceptional customer service and I couldn't be happier! I would give them 10 stars for their customer support! These are the highest quality masks I have used since COVID began. However, you MUST follow the instructions in the packaging to put them on. But if you don't, it will still be difficult to detach the straps from the mask, as others have reported. Even if you don't stretch them fully before putting them on, you will have trouble removing the straps from the mask. Note that the straps are riveted to the mask and I tried to remove them but couldn't. If the strap is not stretched, the mask will become very tight and very uncomfortable. Even if you have a big head it will fit snugly but it gives them a great seal. I wear a medium size 7 hat and it fits just right. But I'm a retired dentist and used to wearing masks. The only mask I like better is the 3M 9210+. But they are hard to find and very expensive. These masks offer the same protection as the masks doctors wear in their clinics and the packaging says "Made in America". To ensure you have received genuine 3M masks, check them at 3M.com/SafeGuard and follow the instructions. I checked the box I received and I can't break the straps or pull them out.
