The lock broke when opening. Something is wrong with the reset"wheel". Luckily it was cheap so it's in the trash now. Will spend more to get better quality. 7/3/2019 - UPDATE - Titanker contacted me in June and offered to replace or refund my purchase. I decided to return as I had already replaced the broken lock. The return came quickly. They shouldn't have offered a refund but the fact that they did is much appreciated.
