Not for everyone makeup
It definitely removed my makeup! It's a bit oily for my combination skin and leaves a residue. But it was the best way to remove even waterproof makeup. So for me the rest was worth it. I would recommend more if you have dry skin just in case you feel irritated by the oil. But it removes makeup very well. And I liked doing it.
