remote control does not work. stays on all the time.do not like the jolting at each setting.also too small for me. my son threw the boxes away when he put chair together. i would like the chair picked up and not charged me for sending it back.i paid 9 9.99 to receive the chair. paid 581.53 . please reply thank you.

- Could reach controls ! Chair is sturdy and has more amenities than more expensive chairs cup holder etc
- Dislike that screws fell out back rest connection.
