This protective "leaf" isn't actually a leaf like other reviewers have mentioned - it doesn't fit, only a pad to lie down on the mattress. I wanted to have some sort of protection/barrier between my sheet and mattress so that would do. I don't have a baby yet, so I can't tell you how well he's doing. I really wish it was more like a plastic sheet but this is the best I've found for a Stokke crib.
