Some fit and finish issues, I think it will be ok.

When I unpacked the radiator it looked fine. 2 things I noticed during installation, firstly the drain valve was leaking, I actually had to twist it with pliers to close it, it's plastic so I was really uncomfortable doing that. Second, the outlet side of the radiator was smaller than I thought it would be. Those two items aside, I thought it was a good buy.
