EVERY WARRANTY DON'T FORGET TO SUBSCRIBE! I bought this model because it had good reviews and needed to be quiet. I actually sent the first model back thinking it was broken but it's just noisy. And I don't think the dehumidifier works or I don't understand how to make it work? I set the dehumidifier function on the remote and use the down arrow to tell it to reduce the humidity and then it just turns off and says the humidity is still very high? I've noticed that at the end of the summer the air conditioning seems to be barely cooling either, but the Amazon return period has already passed. A real disappointment for a very expensive air conditioner. UPDATE: I emailed the warranty letter registering the air conditioner and the customer service is excellent! You have made me a happy customer. Thanks for your help!
