Works as expected. I have no problem installing or activating them. Pros: Very easy to turn on. (Looks like a touch power button) The grip stays in place, doesn't wobble like some others. (very nice and sturdy) It's rechargeable so I can take it with me and take it to the office when needed. The clip isn't too big, but it's strong and deep enough to attach to something. It's bright and has three lighting settings for you to set up CONS: The cord is a bit short (maybe about 20 inches long) However since you can use it cordless I decided not to deduct a star.
