I need to return this item.

This looks like a very good product but it's not what I want. I had a bluetooth wireless mirror before and it was very good. I don't know how to install this and I'm confused by all the wires. Can you help me. I'm not saying your product is bad - I just don't know what to do with all those wires. Thanks for any help you can give me. If I had one complaint it would be that you didn't provide a customer service number.
