Great adapter for Israel, but only for Israel.

Ideal adapter for Israel. Either way, the USB ports are pretty much all you need, and you can plug in another USB adapter to the plug if you need to. A more versatile adapter with just two pins might be more practical as it can only be used in Israel without a ground connection which is not really needed if USB is to be used. It doesn't convert power, so make sure you use it with devices that are rated to work on 220 volts (most electronic devices these days have two 110-220 volt adapters).
