Great product on my review.

Using this with a motion detecting flood lamp. Since the lamp is recessed, it was hard to use the motion sensor. This product brought it all together.

The motion detection works and it will turn off after the amount of time you specify. Hasn't been installed but for two days, therefor I cannot say much more at this time. I am pleased with it thus far.

Don’t stay in socket as well as I would like.

The plug portion that converts it to a 3 prong plugin slips out at the least weight or touch. Wish it plugged in more securely.

Game Changer for Outdoor Lighting

This was a game changer for outdoor Christmas lights and now year round patio lighting. The adapter allows for all the new products that have 3 prongs. Plus it allows the lights to be linked to the switch verse using a timer at an outlet. A bit pricey, but worth it!

Very usefulness, works great.

Got these to use with a lamp outdoors because the lamp was connected to a light switch. It has worked perfectly for several weeks now and I've been using the outdoor lights so much more because of this handy product. I was surprised it was even a thing, lol. Need to get some more.

They work pretty good

The dials to set the sensitivity end timer were confusing, I ended up turning them the way and stripped them. One light turns off after a couple minutes even if I’m still within range of it. I have to wave my arms periodically to keep it on.

This is very slow to respond. I had it in the garage but you had to walk several feet toward the light before it would come on. It did not last two years before it quit.

Great solution!: my feedback

During the Christmas season, we had some lights in a window that were nowhere near an electrical outlet. We debated running an extremely long extension cord through the house, but that wasn't ideal. I found this converter, which worked perfectly due to a nearby light socket in the ceiling. It was extremely easy to install and it solved our problem.

Does not detect motion properly

I wanted something to put outside my entrance door to detect motion when approached. So I put it inside the glass enclosure which the bulb goes and put a lamp on it. Unfortunately, it does not detect motion at all and only I could turn it on if my enter my finger into the enclosure. Tried to change the LUX settings but it did not make any difference. I am going to return it unfortunately. Waste of valuable time.
