I like that it allows multiple people to work together simultaneously in order share insights from their experience working with different clients over time! It's easy enough as an admin user but not so simple if you're looking at your team members' dashboards trying figure out what they are doing or how long ago something was posted by them? Try using this software - we've been able to improve our product development process immensely since implementing its use within my client organization (we have about 50+ employees).
