Review on Factory 360 by Timothy Cole

I like that we are able get out of our office space for an afternoon or weekend! You will meet new people from different industries who you'll remember forever after spending time together at this workshop/event put-on by factory360!! The logistics were not always perfect but they came through when things went awry - thanks guys. We had some great conversations about how other companies run their business (ie., what makes them tick) as well as getting feedback regarding future events which helped us better plan next year's programing schedule so no complaints here either :) This was my first experience working wth someone else running all aspects behind me including staff hiring etc.. It definitely helps having your own team member handle those tasks if needed though since there can be quite alot going into planning & executing these types programs.
