Their responsiveness to our needs was second-to none. We needed help getting started using their platform but they were quick to respond and get us up & running quickly! The fact that I could not communicate directly with my account manager about things like billing questions or issues really helped me feel comfortable when choosing them as an agency partner. As someone who has worked at other agencies for years this level of customer support just doesn't exist anymore - it's too bad because most smaller companies are no longer able to provide such great services if you need extra hands/resources helping set everything up initially (which we did). They're very responsive though so there wasn't anything negative from working with them. Our accounts team does all social ads campaigns through tallwave which helps keep costs down significantly compared to hiring separate teams internally.
