The toolkit suite makes it easy to measure all aspects of the engineering process so that you can easily identify the areas where improvements are needed. There are many different tools that can be used to measure various aspects of an operation. This helps the user to choose the aspect they wish to improve on. It is important to understand what each tool measures. However, this is not always possible. OEE should measure everything in order to ensure that an organization knows how much it is losing and where those losses are coming from. This gives us the data we need to reduce operational losses. We have also been able to use the information to determine where our losses are coming from. As I mentioned earlier, this tool can measure many different things.
