New one still has a buzz but nothing like the first one. I put dead batteries on at 330pm and by 8pm only 3 had their lights change to green. Took a few more hours for the last one to change to green (meaning charged)Its nice that you can charge 1 battery or 2 or 3 or 4. You don't need an even pair to charge.
