When I first received this tool one of the parts was wrong but I contacted the seller and he fixed the problem by sending me a new part that was important to him Works perfectly on my 3V Ford 5.4. Got a new tool part that worked great and was able to complete the task of replacing the valve seal, tappets and rocker. I am very pleased with the tool (which worked much better than the Ford recommended tool) and pleased with the seller for the FAST resolution of the problem. I will certainly do business again. Great seller.
