They sent me a completely different product. It's a silicone mitten, but it has fewer bristles, is stiff (not soft like in the photo) and is a much lighter pink color. The back also has a different texture. It also came with a second, much smaller flat piece with a handle to hold it at the back. It's softer, but so much smaller it's ridiculous. I would not order if I knew what is actually being sent.
