Review on Suehiro Ouka3000DN Seller - Compact 206x73x23mm Model without Special Features by James Eledge

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Better use Naniwa Super (10mm) 3000 grit.

Ok I got the stone very quickly BUT the packaging was SHIT. I was happy to see that it didn't break in transit. Revain sent the book, I'll buy it in a better container than this one was sent. What happened to this Revain? If I had to send it back that would be crazy since I'm in Brazil. Anyway, I checked the stone twice. I got very good results both times. The second time was a complete overhaul of a stainless steel knife (Henkel's). Compared to Naniwa SS 3000, this stone is clearly superior. It doesn't polish as hard as the "N" but comes close. It leaves a better sharp edge. I have higher grit stones for polishing. If you don't like "N" bricks (I've just had trouble with them), try Suehiro. I think you will be very satisfied with Suehiro stones. Soon I'll buy another Splash Suehiro 600 grit and get started. After using this 3000 git stone I cleaned the knife and it was razor sharp. This stone was not loaded and was easily cleaned of any small debris left on the stone. Cutting was quick and easy. Buy it if you are looking for a 3000 grit stone.
