I like the simplicity of this design; The headset connects via a single USB-A port and has no volume or mute buttons. The volume gets noticeably louder than the Logitech H390 headset I used, but it was an old used headset from a different department so maybe that's not a fair comparison. Fairly thick black silicone/rubber material. The pads are comfortable, but they don't "go over" the ear to really secure them to the head. My biggest concern is the microphone arm. It's made of plastic, which feels very stiff and is more likely to break than bend under stress. It also cannot be positioned sideways, only rotated up and down. However, it can be rotated completely so that the microphone can be used either on the left or on the right. The stereo channels are not flipped when the mic is moved to the right for use, so this must be done differently if desired. Overall it's a simple design that works well and is pretty reliable in many ways. Unfortunately, they stopped when developing the microphone. It's good to stay in one place and not be on the move.
