Meter matches description but seems to fluctuate when measuring amps with the clamp but I believe it is designed to read higher than I do on the vehicle. The case is too small for the meter and accessories.

I'm usually stingy with 5 star reviews but in this case it's true. The physical feel of the device is solid and well made. The clamp function is accurate when tested against a known current. So far I like everything about the Klein CL390, including the price. What really got it 5 stars is that the instruction manual was thorough, clear, technically correct and clearly written by someone who is fluent in English.

The tool itself is very well made and works fairly accurately in its range which is the most important. A reverse contrast display is easier to read, but the timeout feature can feel pretty short at times. I wonder if this can be adjusted.
