Chinese manual. There was a small crack at the connection point of the power cord. The supplied plug is for USA or Japan, non-polarized plug. Level II is 600W, Level I is 300W. Do not immerse the pot in water when cleaning etc. Cook on a hard surface. My first experience with this was cooking a bowl of nong shim kimchi ramen with 16 ounces of water. It was a bit slow compared to cooking on the stove, but not bad. We all need more patience. It worked well. The non-stick surface is good and the lid works well for steaming, although the steam vent makes this less effective. The quality was good except for a small tear. The size is acceptable for a meal for one person.
