I bought this FloTool to replace the exact same one that came with my plane when I bought it from the previous owner. The one that came with my plane had an L-shaped tear down the center of the barrel. I assumed this was due to frequent use by the previous owners. Worked great except for the crack. So I ordered a replacement and left it in the hold of the plane in case I needed it while traveling. Literally six months later, the same crack appeared on the new one, of the same size and shape. I've only used it twice since purchasing it.
