I ordered a car door handle that didn't work. The handle didn't push the inside lever that opened the door. I discovered this after spending several hours disassembling a car door and installing a doorknob. Rather than removing the doorknob and sending it back, I bought a set of drill stops and placed one on the inside pin that activates the door latch. The door is locked. I'm a genius.
