Review on πŸ”ͺ Chefman Die-Cast Electric Meat and Deli Slicer for Home - Powerful Machine with Adjustable Slice Thickness, Stainless Steel Blades, Safe Non-Slip Feet to Cut Ham, Cheese, Bread, Fruit, and Veggies by Cynthia Bennett

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Very good efficient slicer

Our first application was slicing boneless ham. The thickness control wobbled a bit, but once installed it was solid and it was easy to get the section thickness you wanted. The serrated blade is very sharp and cuts the ham easily and evenly. The extendable dining table held the ham well and slid easily across the trolley. Engine noise levels are predictable, but it's certainly not overly loud. Non-slip feet keep the food slicer firmly on the tabletop. Removing the blade for cleaning was a simple twist of the lock nut and the blade was easy to clean. Cleaning the entire machine is relatively easy, although there are a few indentations that require a small tool (similar to a toothpick) to remove. Before reinstalling the blade (again by simply tightening the lock nut) it was easy to lubricate the gears with things like petroleum jelly. All in all a very good easy to use homemade food slicer.
