Poor product, the quality is below average.

What can I possibly say about this Vietnamese product that is a Korean miracle? For $95,000, I was sent a gadget that has nothing to do with what is advertised. The primary drawback is the battery life, which is nowhere near the advertised 11 hours and is more like 8 hours under moderate use. That is, he cannot survive for even a day without power. While Samsung's advertising claimed a 30-minute charge time (using the company's proprietary 25W Ultra quickcharge charger), the actual time it took to fully power up the device was closer to 2.5 hours. The device was turned over to the service with some confusion about the charging time. The acceptance was handled by a harsh bald worker (service for 95 Karl!). The delivery and repair took a day. The outcome was a decrease in charging time of 2.5 hours to 1 hour and 20 minutes. Still, it goes out in 8 or 9 hours. During use, the device's heat causes the user's hand to become uncomfortable, making it difficult to work without a cover. The few positives include an acceptable design that sticks out from the crowd and an attractive camera that is slightly better than the smartphones of yesteryear but falls short of being truly revolutionary. Promotional headphones and wireless charging were included with online purchases made from the Samsung shop. In my opinion, charging is pointless, yet the phone requires an adaptor that is not included. However, I found the headphones to be satisfactory in every respect. The S21 comes with a variety of protective cases, including silicone, aluminum, and carbon fiber models that are both thin and lightweight. The S21 generation as a whole has been a huge failure, leaving customers dissatisfied with both the product and Samsung's customer service. Purchasing is not something I suggest you do. As it turns out, this device's camera doesn't even have a photo document mode, so forget about shooting on the moon or any other exotic locations. But Carl, there's no mode for shooting docs! For 94k!
