I'm a women's size 5 (I'm 23) and it's often difficult to find the right shoes. I bought these in a size 3 for toddlers/toddlers and they fit well. They are very comfortable and perfect for everyday wear. Mine have stretched a bit over time, so I'd recommend getting a pair that fits snugly first.
