I am returning these headphones. I really wanted to like them, but they were always struggling. I have small ear canals and they wouldn't stay in and they were painful after about 10-15 minutes. This is not TCL's fault, it's a fact. The main reason I'm bringing them back is because they kept stopping the audio. One earbud or both, they kept stopping what I was hearing. Very annoying because the taps on the headphones never worked to play it again. The sound quality was fine. There was a lot of interference and loud tweets during the call. The people on the other end never complained. They could always hear and understand me, which is positive. Maybe it's just the pair I have, but I'll try another brand.
