Got the job done. on my review.

Ordered these as replacements for the oil seal on my 445677-1188-B1 motor from my lawn tractor. I'm not a fan of 3rd party, but these got the job done. I made sure to lubricate the seal post-install and before re-installing the oil-pan. I used a small screwdriver to start the seal around the crankshaft to avoid any folding/binding/etc. Also a good tip - should you lack a seal driver, use a 2x4 with a hammer or something similar to evenly install it flush - then to set it within the pan, take…

Pros
  • They worked just fine thanks
Cons
  • Flywheel side only

Very good seal on my review.

These were much better than the actual Briggs and Stratton I bought. The other were old and hard. These worked very well May not fit all Briggs & Stratton engines, causing frustration and additional expenses for customers who have to purchase additional products.

Pros
  • were replacements only time will tell quality
Cons
  • May not fit all Briggs & Stratton engines, causing frustration and additional expenses for customers who have to purchase additional products

Poor Quality on my review.

Low quality, spring is weak, popped out while installing into case cover using a seal driver. Tried the second one, lip rolled and spring popped out while attempting to install engine sump/case cover onto crank shaft. Poor quality!

Pros
  • Briggs motor
Cons
  • The seal may not be a perfect fit, causing leaks and leading to engine damage over time
