I like that it's easy to use, but also easy to customize. It has a lot of different modules and can be used in many ways. It's not very expensive so you don't have to worry too much about spending money if you're just starting out. You can get lost in all the options and features, which makes finding what you need difficult at times. If you're looking for something simple and easy to use, this program will do the trick! We've been able to track our applicants' progress and their interviews/schedules easily. It's made our lives easier because we no longer have to call each other to find out what they did or didn't do.
