A friend bought this for me as a gift before I could buy one for myself. I was excited to use it as I've been living out of my RAV4, but it is really not comfortable at all. It's so thin that me, a 5'2 and 135 lb female, can feel the floor of my vehicle when I lay on my sides. It's about a measly 4" thick! I was expecting something with some better cushion. It kept moving around as I was tossing and turning throughout the night so I ended up being more uncomfortable bc it had moved so much and had to be fixed. I'm probably going to buy a kids inflatable mattress that is a double high one for more comfort. Luckily I'm tiny enough to do that! This air mattress is a joke, but it's better than nothing :-/
